 MSU-IIT NMPC Makes History!

We are beyond honored to announce that MSU-IIT National Multi-Purpose Cooperative, one of the top billionaire cooperatives in Mindanao, has been awarded the prestigious First-ever Green Co-op Award in Asia!

The Gold Award, proudly presented by the Asian Confederation of Credit Unions (ACCU) during the Opening Program of the Asian Credit Union Forum 2025, was officially received by MSU-IIT NMPC Members of the Board of Directors and Management represented by Vice-Chairperson, Dir. Emmanuel C. Villanueva, Dir. Marilou Siton-Nanaman, and Ms. Astrid E. Gimena, Support & Administrative Manager and Green Technology Chairperson.

Held on September 12, 2025, in Crowne Manila Galleria, Ortigas, Manila, Philippines, the forum gathered 530 participants from 22 countries, making this recognition a truly global milestone for our cooperative.

This achievement is a testament to our unwavering commitment to sustainability, environmental stewardship, and community empowerment – showing the world that cooperatives can lead the way in building a greener and more sustainable future.
